Fore Street is a unique new-build development of fifteen residential units for Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association on a site within an existing Victorian tenement perimeter block. The site is located in Scotstoun (Glasgow) and was previously occupied by a large derelict building.
Our strategy includes eight flats; four cottage flats and three detached houses for affordable rent. The properties are accessed via a pend within a five-storey block of flats on Fore Street.
