Hypostyle were appointed to design Phase 1 of the Titanium Business Park in Renfrew after winning a limited design competition for the headquarters of future development by A&B Properties and GAP Group. The successful completion of Phase 1 earned Hypostyle the opportunity to design further office space for Phase 2 of the development on the adjacent plot.

Our design adopts a neutral, modern language to align with the design of the existing Braehead Shopping Centre nearby. The office space included in Phase 2 was fully let prior to completion, marking popular demand for the project and a successful development for involved parties.
