Dunbeg Phase 4 Public Consultation

Two public consultation events for the development of Dunbeg Phase 4 will be held at The Scottish Association for Marine Science in Dunbeg, Oban on the 1st of August 2024; and on the 29th of August 2024. Both events will be held between the hours of 4pm and 8pm.

Phase 4 will continue the residential development of Dunbeg for C~urb, and deliver a considered mix of private housing and flats for sale; social rent, mid-market rent and new supply shared equity housing and flats; elderly living flats with associated community facilities; and student accommodation. Additionally, a new mixed use commercial area is included in the proposal. Dunbeg Phase 4 will be served from a new junction on the A85 and a new distributor road that will connect to Phase 3 as a continuation of Dunstaffnage Avenue.

These events are opportunities to comment on the proposal before a Planning Application is submitted to Argyll and Bute Council.
