Greendykes Phase C
Hypostyle Architects completed the design for Phase C at Greendykes, Craigmillar up to Stage D.
Phase C sits within the masterplan for Greendykes North designed by Caddell 2 and consists of a total of 57 housing units spread across 3 blocks – one block of 28 flats, a second block of 18 flats and a terrace of 11 townhouses. The three blocks form part of a new perimeter block within the masterplan.
8no. flats and 2no. houses are for rent to tenants of Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association, with the remaining units for private sale.
The project is part of a framework agreement and will be a Design & Build contract valued at approximately £7 million.
