Oxford House, Amenity Block
Modernization of common canteen and kitchen facilities and creation of new office accommodation for BAT staff, comprising of major demolitions and strip outs, remodelling of existing 1980's facing brick and concrete framed 2 storey support block to Headquarters office block in Aylesbury. Area refurbished 2 floors of 750 sq m = total 1,500sqm. Full architectural service including interior design and furniture specification, additional services supplied were 3D modelling, M&E services and data co-ordination. The project was successfully completed in 18 weeks April 2008.
